Where can I park?Rebecca Reid Vocal Studio is now in City of York Council Residents' Priority Parking area. However, you can park in the designated spaces (outside Hallow Malllow) on Carey Street, adjacent to Frances Street, for 90 minutes.

Are you taking on new students?Yup! Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can take a look at my calendar and book a date/time that works for you here.

What styles do you teach?I teach opera, classical, and musical theatre. But I do teach students that sing other styles like, pop, jazz, and blues whose primary focus is building an effective and healthy technique. If you have any other questions about this, you can drop me an email here.

Who do I teach?I exclusively teach adults over the age of 18 years old. All voice types, from all backgrounds, at all levels and abilities - from complete beginner to advanced.

How do I book a singing lesson?I use Acuity Scheduling to manage all student bookings. You can book a lesson here. Bookings are flexible and can be cancelled/rescheduled up to 24-hours before date/time of lesson- see cancellation policy for full details.

I don’t have much time, what’s my commitment?I usually recommend a 1-hour lesson every 3-4-weeks. You should also aim to practice a minimum of 10-20 minutes, per day, 5-6 days per week.
